Get To Know Cheryl Williams
Cheryl Williams is a true, rare Los Angeles native residing on the westside who began her real estate pursuits early on working as a listings coordinator with Coldwell Banker, commercial leasing, Beverly Hills. That was great, but put on the back burner, as all roads did lead to the entertainment industry (grew up in it) where the best business training was to be had. From physical production to business affairs, marketing/advertising, international sales, design; in all areas over many years, great skills were developed. Additional architectural design work at a major firm and art gallery sales wholesale/retail in her background has afforded her a business acumen that has enabled her to not only cultivate client/vendor relationships, but also to become adept at contract negotiations, at helping facilitating solutions, and creating win win situations in all things, in all ways.
Highly intuitive, Cheryl easily interacts and instantly connects with various types of people, including high end clientele who re quire the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Her level of integrity and sense of hospitality inspire trust that she is a capable provider of the highest and best service to clients.
She is also passionate about the volunteer work has done over the years with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Step Up and L.A. Works. Success in real estate means more success in endeavors to help those in need. One passion facilitates the passion for the other.
Cheryl is a licensed and NAR Green Designee Realtor with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, Beverly Hills, and consults as a designer and purveyor of resources for green, energy efficient living. Her motto is ‘when people feel better, they do better, and if I can help facilitate that, I am happy to help!’ In real estate that translates into helping clients feel better and confident about the process of buying a home, or selling a home, or other real estate related needs. She is a graduate of Otis College of Art and Design; of California State University, Long Beach. Some of her hobbies include photography, dance, tennis, travel and writing.
